What is the return policy?
Not happy with your leash? Email support@looselead.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong, and we'll make it right. If it breaks in normal use within 90 days, we'll send you a new one free.
Where should I wear it?
On your hips, not your waist. It stays put better there, rides steadier when you run, and keeps the pull low. After you tighten the belt, fold the extra strap back through the slider so nothing flaps mid-run.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and most arrive in about 1–1.5 weeks. Shipping is free on every US order, and you'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
My dog pulls hard. Will this work?
For the first few walks or easy jogs, hold the leash handle. Once your dog settles into your pace, switch to hands-free. The bungee softens sudden lunges along the way.
Is it good for small dogs?
It clips onto any collar or harness, but it's sized for dogs 25–150 lbs. For smaller dogs, the heavy-duty clip and thick bungee are more leash than they need.
